Cashflow Calculations

We use live market data to find the rental value of each property based on its area and its details. We then calculate the monthly cashflow of the property based on various assumptions of the potential expenses and your investment type.

For example, the loan to value of the mortgage, repairs and maintenance, council tax and so on.

All of these assumptions are fully configurable in the listing so you can ensure everything is accurate for your situation.

Cashflow calculations

Much like the cashflow calculations we provide on the listing to show you rental profit/loss estimates, we also give you the ability to completely customize the calculation based on the properties floor plan so that you can make the estimate as accurate as possible.

You will be able to update the calculation based on the floorplan of the property. This means if you feel there is room for another bedroom, you can add an additional bedroom to the calculation and get a more accurate estimate.

Hotspot map

The Hotspot map is a brand new concept that you won’t find anywhere else.

Finding a new area to buy your next property in can be difficult, and the area can quite easily make or break the investment.

The Hotspot map gives you easy access to something we call hotspots, and detailed area analysis.

The idea is that you open up the Hotspot map, zoom into an area, and then you will see all the locations within that area that are likely to be in high demand for rental units. You can then click on one and get detailed area analysis for that hotspot.

Alternatively, you can use the hotspot map to get instant area analysis on any location by using our location search bar.
